Ingredients
 
10 cl of Champagne
Jacquart Mosaïque Brut
3 cl of pureed pears
1 cl of lychee squash
1 slice of fresh ginger

In the glass
 
Pour in 3 cl of pureed pears
Pour in 1 cl of lychee squash
Add ice cubes
Mix gently with a spoon
Pour in 10 cl of Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Brut
Mix again very gently
Finish off by placing a thin slice of fresh ginger on top with tongs
