Ingredients

10 cl of Champagne
Jacquart Mosaïque Brut
3 cl of red fruit liqueur
2 cl of puree raspberries
1 lime zest
1 crushed sprig of rosemary

In the glass
 
Pour in 3 cl of red fruit liqueur
Pour in 2 cl of puree raspberries
Add ice cubes
Mix gently with a spoon
Pour in 10 cl of Champagne Jacquart Mosaïque Brut
Mix again very gently
Crush a sprig of rosemary (6cm) in your hands and put in the glass with tongs
Zest a lime above the glass and place the zest in the glass.
