Fresh, rich and replete with lushness and fleshy characters. It echoes the nose aromas. Long, vibrant finish driven by citrus fruits and minerality.

Signature Brut B016 mainly stems from the 2016 harvest, a tough year with a great outcome. The vines had to deal with several weather events and delivered a small crop. However, sunny August days provided profound, powerful fruit with a great variety of ripeness levels and aromatics.

    Winemaking :
    Alcoholic fermentation in temperature-controlled tanks
    Malolactic fermentation
Maturation : at least 5 years on the lees in bottles
Bottle time in the cellar after dosage: at least 3 months after disgorging

  • Signature Brut B016 sits particularly well alongside gourmet foods and shows different facets throughout the meal :

    BETWEEN 8 AND 10 DEGREES :
Served chilled as an aperitif or with starters, it makes the perfect match for lightly-seared scallops on Jerusalem artichoke mousseline with Chardonnay vinegar jelly.

    BETWEEN 10 AND 12 DEGREES :
When the temperature of the Champagne increases, it fully opens up, with freshness making way for new voluptuous, mature aromas that work perfectly with foods such as poultry in a sauce, autumn vegetable bakes or Japanese Teppanyaki-style cuisine.
