The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and the tastings were of a high standard.

With the guidance of a professional female chef, participants were able to prepare a starter and a main course before enjoying them in a welcoming setting paired with Jacquart Mosaïque Champagnes. Floriane Eznack, the company’s cellar master, then presented the specific features of each growth and how food pairings can enhance their enjoyment. Her willingness to engage with participants and ability to pass on her passion made an impression on everyone.

The spontaneity of the encounter and the harmony between the food and the wines were enjoyed by all. In fact participants will be able to replicate the experience at home using the same easy-to-prepare recipes: shirred eggs with asparagus and soft sheep’s cheese, chicken gyozas with lemongrass, and cheesecake served in a glass with fruit minestrone.
