Sparkling, brilliant, straw gold. Very lively with good persistent mousse.
THE NOSE
Cherry blossom, vanilla and white pepper mingle with the irresistible notes of still- warm butter brioche.
THE TASTE
Fresh and light at first, then an explosion of mouthwatering flavours with white peaches and citrus notes in abundance. Very long, light, elegant finish.
THE TIME AND THE PLACE

Rosé

From mosaics to camaïeu…Adding red wine to the blend of our rosé opens up a whole new palette of colours and flavours. A cuvée to please champagne lovers and lovers of life.
THE FACTS
Our "Brut Mosaïque in pink", this cuvée has all the hallmark Chardonnay finesse (35%- 40%), rounded out by the ripeness of the Pinot Meunier (25%-30%) and the structure of the Pinot Noir, of which 15%-18% is vinified as red wine. THE NOSE
Red berry-fruit aromas (ripe redcurrants, cherries, wild strawberries) give way to notes of plum.
THE TASTE

Extra-Brut

A connoisseur’s champagne. Minimal dosage in JACQUART’s Cuvée Extra Brut allows the purity of the fruit and aromas to come to the fore.

The cuvée contains a high percentage of Chardonnay (40%-45%), as well as Pinot Noir (35%-45%) and Pinot Meunier (15%-20%). Five years cellar-ageing results in a fine balance between freshness and maturity.
